Requirements

Diamonds (Baby Block) :

2 ¼ yards - white fabric

2 ½ yards -light blue fabric

2 ½ yards - green fabric 

OR

Scrappy Diamonds (Baby Block)

Note: 4 diamonds can be cut from a 9” x WOF strip. 

7 strips of light fabric

8 strips of medium fabric

8 strips of dark fabric

Setting triangles (60° / 120°, corner triangles): 1 yard Medium blue print

Melons:1 ¼ yards each of  - light, medium and dark prints. For a scrappy look, minimum measurement for each melon is 4 ¼” x 11” (87 in total). 

Corner Diamonds1/3 yard each of navy, mid blue, light blue. 

Binding: ¾ yards

Batting : 85” x 92”

Backing: 5 ½” yards
