Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if they were incorrectly ordered, an incorrect order sent or the item is defective. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimension and weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of Australia Post, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Gram.

The changes to the EU-VAT 2st Jan 2015 impact the shipping zones for all products in this shop. Unfortunately, I cannot ship to EU countries. At check-out it will list the countries that are valid for shipping. Select your country.

Current Shipping Method is Australia Post Parcel Rate.

At check-out the shipping rates are calculated on weight and/or dimension for parcel rates.

Three shipping types are offered:

Regular Post - Please note: the parcel is not registered, tracked or insured.

Express Post - Tracking with insurance up to $50 (Tracked from post office to post office only)

Registered Post - Tracking with signature and insurance up to $100 (post office to recipients address )

Orders made after 2pm AEST weekdays for overnight delivery in Australia will not be posted until the next day.

It is recommended that the customer selects registered post or express post for large orders. Aus Post hold cannot guarantee safe delivery of any of their parcels. 

International Rates will be calculated at check out using current Australia Post Rates for International Air delivery. International parcel post is not registered or tracked and delivery times can be up to 4 weeks.

Pick up is not offered

If any additional charges apply or if your order contains oversized items we will contact you. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
